With all the news of lagging homes sales, mortgage challenges and foreclosures, I want to pass on some good news. Many real estate professionals have known that Texas has fared much better than the rest of the nation in regard to home sales and values. Much of the Houston and the surrounding metro areas have experienced stability in these uncertain months.
